Promoting Construction West Yorkshire will support your business to access a wide range of grants and funding. Funding opportunities from outside CITB are shared with members to further stretch your training pound.

  • CITB Grants Scheme

    Grants cover day-to-day training, including short course, qualification and apprenticeships.

    The training group can help you identify your needs, source the training required and make the application.

    Members can download an easy to use ‘How to Claim CITB Grants’ flowchart from the members area.

  • Funded West Yorkshire Good Growth Programme

    This programme will provide businesses with expert support to help plan and implement future business growth.

    It also uses a mix of one-to-one bespoke business coaching and action-based group activities, all delivered by subject matter specialists who understand the practicalities of running and growing a business from personal experience.

    The project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The Good Growth Programme is being delivered by Oxford Innovation Advice, led by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority as part of the Mayor’s ambition to make West Yorkshire the best place to work, learn and live.

  • CITB Skills and Training Funding

    The skills and training fund is avaailbe for Employers with up to 249 emplyees to access up to £25,000 TWICE a year to support their training needs. This includes the cost grant eligible courses and qualifications.

    Applications MUST be made in advance.

    PCWY can help you identify your needs, source the training required and make the application.

    For Employers with 250 or more employees, there is a new Leadership and Management fund facilitating applications of up to £100,000.
